Which rider doesn't know it? The dream of winning a jumping competition in your own country, in front of your home crowd, in front of great fans.
This dream came true for the Swede Peder Fredricson. Even if the jumping is not one of the "traditional" jumping events of the Longines Global Champions Tour, there were many good pairs at the start.

He was able to win the 1.55m jumping competition with jump-off of Agria with his faithful gray horse Catch Me Not S.
Already on Saturday he could win the team jumping of the Global Champions League with his team Valkenswaard United and thus extend his lead in the overall ranking.

"It feels amazing, my horse jumped incredibly today and I am really proud of him. He has a huge canter and a great mentality and it's a pleasure to ride him. I'm always especially motivated to do well on home soil and I'm really glad that his owner Ebba Berglof was here to watch," the former eventer announced after the win.

The course was designed by Italian course builder Uliano Vezzani, who had come up with a challenging task to end the weekend. If one had no problems with the tight time allowed, one had to be highly concentrated throughout the course.

After top pairs such as Ludger Beerbaum or Carlos Lopez did not make it into the jump-off, it was still going to be exciting. Peder Fredricson was the first to enter the jump-off and set a brilliant time.

The Brazilian Marlon Modolo Zanotelli tried to get close to the time with his partner Grand Slam VDL, but did not make it.

The next stop on the Global Champions Tour is the city of love: Paris.
The sixth stage will take place there from June 25-27.
