(Pinneberg)
For weeks the preparations for the CSI3* at Hof Waterkant of Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann and her husband Christoph in Pinneberg have been in full swing. This weekend from July 1 to 4, the time has finally come and international top athletes have submitted their entries for the event. The auction manager of the Holsteiner Verband Roland Metz and his team are also looking forward to the days in Pinneberg, as they have put together an outstanding lot of twelve foals that will be auctioned off on Saturday evening, July 3, starting at 9:45 pm.

However, before that happens, the stars of tomorrow will first present themselves in the tasteful atmosphere on the show grounds. Early on Friday afternoon (July 2) at 1:45 p.m., the bids will be shown live for the first time. And the lot can be seen: With their famous half-siblings, for example, catalog number 1, Ozeana Tobago Blue by Chacco-Blue-Mr. Blue, and catalog number 4, Blue Wave by Baloucan-Acobat II, are making a splash. Ozeana Tobago Blue is none other than the half-sister to Daniel Deusser's Scuderia 1918 Tobago Z. She is also successful in sport. Blue Wave's dam line is equally successful in sport; the colt has fischerWildWave as a half-brother, one of the championship candidates in Michael Jung's stable. From Don VHP, Tangelo van de Zuuhthoeve to Diamant de Semilly and Chilli Willi, there are other interesting genetics in the mix that are secured in the proven Holstein mare lines. Also of interest are the three offspring of the young stallion Chinchero, the Holstein reserve winner of the 2019 licensing and sporting offspring of homeowner Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann. The final presentation will then take place on Saturday afternoon (July 3) at 3 p.m., before things get really exciting in the evening at 9:45 p.m. after the Theurer Trucks Masters show jumping competition. "I am pleased to be able to offer this lot of foals from top international sires and currently sport-successful dam lines to our customers in the form of a hybrid auction," says Marketing Director Roland Metz. "A visit to Hof Waterkant is always worthwhile and for those who cannot travel, our online auction portal is the right platform for bidding." All information on the foals can be viewed at holsteiner.auction, and interested parties should register in advance. ClipMyHorse.tv will broadcast the entire event live.

If you have any questions about the collection, Roland Metz (+49 171 4364 651 or rmetz@holsteiner-verband.de) will of course be happy to answer them. Information on attending the event can be found at: www.hofwaterkant.com.
