German U21 Riders win Nationscup final

Peelbergen/NL (fn-press). The German U21 team around national coach Peter Teeuwen has delivered a great end to the season at the Nations Cup Final and secured victory.

The German young show jumpers won the Nations Cup Final of the six best riders in Peelbergen in a superior manner ahead of France and Sweden. Emilia Löser (Niederneisen) and her Oldenburg Lesodero were the first pair to achieve a fantastic clear round for Germany, as did Leila Bingold (Borken) and the Holsteiner gelding Cristof. Antonia Ercken (Herten) and Cool Fox HR made a slight slip-up, which formed the scratch result at the end. But even this one mistake would not have cost Germany the victory, because the second-placed French riders came out of the course with two clear rounds, once four and once five points. The reigning U21 European Champions, Mathis Westendarp (Wallenhorst) and his Hanoverian Stalido, played out their routine and also showed their good form at the end of the season - they also remained clear.
