Bundesnachwuchschampionat Germany Pony Dressage: The finals

The finalists for the Bundesnachwuchschampionat of the pony dressage riders from November 19 to 21 have been determined. 20 pairs will be allowed to compete in the Liselott Rheinberger Young Dressage Championships in Darmstadt.

Hofgut Kranichstein has already hosted the German Youth Championships in dressage and show jumping this year. From November 19 to 21, everything will once again be under the sign of youth at the facility in Darmstadt. With the finals of the Federal Junior Championships for Pony Dressage Riders, the 20 talented riders up to 14 years of age who prevailed in the selection courses held by the Federal Coaches Caroline Roost and Hans-Heinrich Meyer zu Strohen will come to Darmstadt. In the finals, they will measure their skills in two elementary class dressage competitions, with special emphasis on seat and influence. The test will be judged by two judges in a joint judging procedure, who will award a score between 0 and 10. After each ride, a short commentary on the performance is given by the judges. The results of the two tests are added together in a ratio of 1:1. The winner of the Federal Young Dressage Pony Championships is the pair with the highest total score.
