The final of the CSI2* in Lühmühlen could hardly have been more exciting. At times you felt like you were in a thriller.
And in the end, one stood in front, which one had so not yet on the list.

Many riders were very happy that after the long Corona break, international tournaments can finally take place again. So the starter list for the final jumping over 145cm was very select.
From Marcus Ehning to Marco Kutscher to Felix Hassmann, all of them were there.
Already the round had it in itself. A technically challenging course paired with a fair height made it seem doable for the participants, but still not too easy.

In the end, there were nine faultless rides after the round. With the "Speedy Gonzales" of German show jumping, Felix Hassmann, many had already identified the winner.
But it was not to be. In the end, the individual silver medal winner of the 2008 Summer Olympics, Rolf Göran Bengtsson stood right in front.
Together with his stallion Ermindo, he was the fastest. The Dutchman Gerben Morsink then followed in second place, closely followed by Mylen Kruse in third place.
